BRICK AID (CAN'BRICK repair kit)
Brick Aid is a repair kit exclusively for the brick tile "CAN'BRICK". By simply applying it, you can seamlessly repair cracks and screw holes that occur after construction. It also has moderate elasticity, which helps prevent cracks from reoccurring.

Construction examples
-This product is available in a range of colors from the CAN'BRICK color range, so the color may not be exactly the same as the color of the area to be repaired.
・Store in a place between 5°C and 35°C away from direct sunlight.
- Do not carry out work when the temperature is below 5°C.
-Please keep out of reach of children.
After application, avoid getting water on the repaired area until it dries.
・This product is water-based, but it will not dissolve in water once it dries. Wash any tools you have used with water before they dry.
・Please use it all at once after opening.
・When working, wear gloves, etc. and avoid direct contact. In the unlikely event of an accident, please follow the first aid procedures below.
・If in eyes: Immediately wash face with tap water for at least 15 minutes and consult a doctor. If on skin, rinse with plenty of water and consult a doctor if necessary.
If you feel unwell after inhaling the gas, move to a place with fresh air immediately and seek medical advice if necessary.
-If swallowed: Seek medical attention immediately.

1. Preparation
Thoroughly clean the area to be repaired and leave it to dry. Cover the window frame with a vinyl sheet to prevent paint from sticking to it. (In the figure) Prepare various BRICK AID by referring to the color chart. ■ POINT Marking the area to be repaired with adhesive tape will make the work easier.
2. Brick tile repair work
[ Undercoat ]
Apply BRICK AID basic base [A] color to all repair areas, rubbing it into cracks and screw holes.
■Notes
Immediately after application, BRICK AID itself may appear whitish (Image 1), but after drying (when all work is completed), it will become the same color as BRICK. Please proceed to the next work [Adding Nuance] without waiting for the [Undercoat] to dry.
[Adding nuance]
Using the color chart and the surrounding BRICK pieces as a reference, paint the colors [B] to [D] according to the pattern (image 2).
■ POINT
Aim for a coating thickness of about 1mm. (If it is too thick, it will take a long time to dry.)
■ POINT
If there is a color that cannot be expressed with a single color, mix the basic base [A] with the uneven color [B] to [D] to adjust the color.
Applying the paint roughly will give a more natural look.

3. Joint repair work
Choose the appropriate grout color from BRICK AID and apply it to the repaired area. (image4)
■ POINT
Just to be on the safe side, please check that there are no cracks in the joints of the upper and lower rows as well.
In some cases, cracks may occur along the same vertical line.
4. Verification and inspection
After drying for at least 2 hours, check the color of the repaired area. If you are concerned about the color of the repaired area, apply a little bit of BRICK AID around the repaired area to blend it in with the overall color.
